Good Morning,
Republicans from across Virginia gathered in Hampton over the weekend to elect representatives to the Republican National Committee.

Andrew Loposser, Morton Blackwell, & Matthew Hurtt
Morton Blackwell and Patti Lyman were re-elected as your Republican National Committeeman and Committeewoman. When the results were tallied, both Tim Anderson and Jean Gannon withdrew their candidacies, and Blackwell and Lyman were elected by acclamation.
As someone who has attended nearly every RNC Meeting with Morton since 2013, I can tell you this was an important victory for grassroots Republicans. Morton’s dedication to holding the RNC accountable and to ensuring grassroots Republicans have a voice in the GOP is unmatched.
Patti’s energy and enthusiasm on the RNC is also critically important. As Patti says, “I’m not a conservative because I’m Republican; I’m Republican because I’m conservative, and I’m conservative because I’m a Christian.”
Patti is a reliable advocate and supporter for grassroots Republicans on the RNC.
Virginia Republicans are fortunate both Morton and Patti were re-elected, so they can continue their important work for another four years. You can be confident you are well-represented at the national Republican Party.
Thank you to all the delegates who attended and participated in this important election, and thanks to Tim Anderson and Jean Gannon for running hard-fought and spirited races for National Committeeman and Committeewoman.

Unfinished Business
The Arlington GOP still has a large storage unit with furniture items located at the Public Storage at 6319 Arlington Blvd, Seven Corners, VA 22044. The Arlington GOP doesn’t need any of these items, and I’d like to close out the storage unit soon to save the Committee money.
Here is a visual inventory of the remaining items:
I hope to have this storage unit cleaned out entirely by the end of June. I am tentatively scheduling Saturday, June 15th for the final storage clean-out day.
If you’re interested in any of the items you see above, know a place we can dispose of or donate them, or want to help with this effort, please let me know.
