Here’s the text of Attorney General Miyares’ message:

Good afternoon fellow patriots and all of my friends at Arlington GOP. It was so great to be with your chairman in Milwaukee — Matthew Hurtt — last week as we were sitting and watching a moment of history when we nominated both Donald Trump and J.D. Vance to lead our ticket this fall.

And make no doubt about it, Virginia is in play.

I was at the grocery store recently and I saw a bumper sticker that simply said, “Make Groceries Affordable Again.” That’s what’s happening right now in our country.

It’s harder to live under Joe Biden: groceries are up 30%; gas and rent is up over 20, 30%.

And what you have right now is you have an irresponsible leadership in Washington that has weakness abroad and weakness at home. Virginians are hungry for a change.

And so we’re excited about the possibility this fall of turning Virginia red for the first time in a presidential cycle in quite some time. But we need your help.

The world is run by those that show up. And nothing moves in politics unless it’s pushed.

We need you to do the pushing.

So grab that yard sign. Post on social media. Talk to your friends, those you worship with, and your neighbors. Talk about how our country’s at stake.

Talk about the fact that we’ve had the largest migration into the United States over our southern border in our nation’s history, 8 million illegal crossings, larger than the population of 32 different states.

All of that means we desperately need to fire Joe Biden and Kamala Harris.

They came in together; they can leave together.
