Just stuff you can do from now ’til the polls close at 7pm on Tuesday, November 5th.

There’s not even a financial ask in this email because supporters ABSOLUTELY shattered expectations over the weekend: 

Arlington Republican supporters — namely, those who live outside Arlington but follow us online — helped us raise $6,800+ over the weekend — 77 individual contributions across 16 states. 

This would not have been possible without support from Virginia Project, Scott Presler, California Republican National Committeewoman Harmeet K. Dhillon, Human Events Senior Editor Jack Posobiec, and the countless others who boosted our fundraising campaign on Twitter/X.

The funds we raised over the weekend went directly toward the federal campaign obligation for this sample ballot mail piece, which is hitting 25,000 mailboxes in Arlington this week:

The mailing unfolds to reveal an 11″x17″ Republican sample ballot on the inside, advising Republicans on the Arlington GOP’s position on every candidate and issue on the ballot.

This is a MASSIVE expansion of our sample ballot mailing from last year, and it is a project I hope to continue well into the future.

I know you’re busy with work, family, and other obligations — but I need you to step up in the last six days of this election.

Early Voting Sample Ballot Distribution

Dozens of Arlington Republicans have staffed Early Voting locations to distribute Republican sample ballots to voters as they go in to cast their ballots. We must increase this effort in the final week of Early Voting. 

This is our primary focus through the end of Early Voting. Speaking to voters as they enter Early Voting sites is an excellent way to both introduce them to the local Republican Party AND educate them on non-partisan and down-ballot races and issues.

Even if you can’t sign up for a full two-hour shift, consider spending just a little bit of time outside an Early Voting site near you between now and Saturday, November 2nd.

Once you have signed up for a shift, please reply to this email to coordinate Republican sample ballot pick-up/hand-off.

The easiest way to get Republican sample ballots to you is for your to pick them up in the Clarendon/Courthouse neighborhood ahead of your shift, but I can be flexible on the hand-off, if needed.

Poll Watching During Early Voting & Election Day

Please volunteer a half-day (or several half-days) as a Poll Watcher with the Arlington Republican Election Integrity Team. Poll Watchers observe election operations and report any unusual or unlawful activities. Your presence will have an important effect on confidence in this election.  Sign up for one or more poll watching shifts.

Election Day Yard Sign Placement

The Arlington GOP needs 5-6 volunteers to put up Juan Carlos Fierro, Jerry Torres, and Donald Trump yard signs at all 54 polling locations the night before Election Day or in the early morning on Election Day

Election Day Sample Ballot Distribution

Arlington Republicans hope to have as many polling locations staffed with volunteers on Election Day as possible. For us to get a down-ballot candidate across the finish line in this election or in a future election, we must build out the capacity to fully-staff every polling location on Election Day.

This will be a primary focus of this Committee over the next few years. Get a jump on it by signing up to greet voters at your polling location by filling out the Google Form here.

Election Day War Room & Watch Parties

Arlington Republicans are coordinating an Election Day war room in Courthouse. If you would like to drop by, be on call to help voters and volunteers, and track Election Day numbers across Arlington and Virginia, please reply to this email.

Additionally, the Arlington GOP, as well as other Committees, campaigns, and organizations will host Election Night celebrations on the evening of Tuesday, November 5th. Arlington Republicans will make you aware of as many of these opportunities as we can.

Hung Cao for U.S. Senate

Alexandria Republican City Committee

Join the Alexandria Republican City Committee (ARCC) for their Election Night Watch Party at The Yard @ Monkey Manor. The celebration kicks off at 7:30pm and runs until 10:30pm. If you’re interested in joining the ARCC for their Election Night Watch Party, please RSVP here.

Arlington-Alexandria-Falls Church Young Republicans

Join the AAFCYRs on Election Night and watch the results roll in with your local Young Republicans! They will be on the third floor of the Crystal City Sports Pub starting at 7pm. You can view more details and RSVP on Facebook here.

DC Young Republicans

Join the Washington, DC Young Republicans for an epic MAGA Election Night Party at Dirty Water (816 H Street NE)! The open bar starts at 6:30 PM on Tuesday, November 5, and runs until either a national news network or campaign declares a winner.

Arlington GOP

The Arlington GOP will host an Election Night watch party, primarily for members and donors of the Arlington GOP and those who volunteered for campaigns, volunteered to distribute sample ballots, or worked either as an Election Official or Poll Watcher during Early Voting or on Election Day, as well as members of the Arlington Republican Women’s Club and the Arlington-Alexandria-Falls Church Young Republicans.

Details were announced at our Membership Meeting and were released to our membership, donor, & volunteer lists. If you did not receive an invite to this event Sunday evening and believe you should have, please reply to this email.
